I am delighted to let others know the great service that Paul Davis Provided to us. A quick synopsis, on Tuesday Nov 22, we had a water supply pipe fitting break causing the water supply pipe to start pouring water into our attic. We didn't notice the break for at least two hours because it happened in a new wing and there were no residents in it...Once the problem was noticed, over 2/3rds of the building had flooded. The floor area had water up to our ankles, and it was a big mess! Paul Davis Restoration was called immediately, and they arrived within 30 minutes of our call and started to clean/extract from 14 rooms and the hallways and common areas. It was a huge job and they worked from 11:30 am until after 11:00 pm the first day extracting the water, removing furniture and trying to dry the large area. They came back continuing the cleaning process the next day at 6:30 am and worked again until 11:00pm. Paul Davis restorers brought a literal army of air blowers and dehumidifiers to dry out the area. They continued their work even on Thanksgiving Day. Because of the quick response and professional care our mess was dried and ready for subcontractors to put the building back together on the following Monday. I have worked with other restoration companies in the past and can say without hesitation that this was the very best and most professional service I have ever seen.
